How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like racks and barbells, please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery.
What is your return policy on footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and footwear in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are attached for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Are your barbells and plates covered by a warranty?
Most of our hardware, including Olympic barbells and bumper plates, comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and structural failure.
